Who is responsible

What we collect
Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give it, the subject and your message. Through the support form and the request form: your name, company, email address, the subject, your request, a deadline if you give one, and the files you attach (screenshots, logs, documents). Nothing else is asked from you on this website.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and, if you become a client, to prepare and follow the work. A request sent by a client opens a support ticket, followed until it is closed. The legal basis is your request, the contract when you are a client, and our legitimate interest in answering you.
Who receives it
Decodr.tech. Your message is kept in our own Odoo, on our servers in France. To handle support requests, we use AI-assisted tools provided by Anthropic (United States or its European affiliate), acting as our processor: only what is needed to understand and solve the request is sent to them (the text of the request, technical details, extracts of code, configuration or logs), never your credentials, and names and addresses are removed whenever the request allows it. Our account is configured so that this data is not used to train models. Clients may object at any time by email: their requests are then handled without AI tools. We never sell your data and share it with no other third party.
How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Support tickets are kept for the duration of the contract and 3 years after its end. If you become a client, your data is kept for the duration of our work together and the periods required by law (for instance 10 years for invoices).
Cookies and visit statistics
This website only sets the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and the language you choose. There is no advertising and no third party tracking. The website software keeps simple visit statistics (country, language, pages viewed) linked to your session, without your IP address, and deletes them after 60 days without a visit.
Technical logs
For security, our servers log the IP address, the date and the page of each request. These logs are deleted after 14 to 30 days.
Download links
When we send you a link to download a file, such as a backup, the date and IP address of each download are kept with the related contract, as a proof of delivery.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, limit it or receive a copy of it, by writing to contact@decodr.tech. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
